14-day full refund
If you're not satisfied with Sage Premium for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
How to request a refund
Reply to your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt email with "refund request" in the subject line, or reach out via the Chrome Web Store listing's support tab. Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order quickly. Refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days and can take up to 15 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription renewals
The 14-day window applies to your initial purchase as well as renewal charges.
To avoid unwanted renewal charges, cancel your subscription via the customer portal link in your purchase email before the renewal date. Cancellation is immediate and free — and you'll continue to have access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
After a refund
Your Sage Premium license will be deactivated when the refund is processed. The free version of Sage continues to work normally — the focus timer, basic working sessions, and site blocker remain fully available.
